All boat slips at Landshark Landing are reserved for Lake Lanier Boat Show boat dealers. All attendees and the public are required to come by land. There will be plenty of parking spaces and parking is free.

For GPS users, the address to Lanier Islands is 7000 Lanier Islands Parkway in Buford. Once inside the gates, there will be signs pointing you to Margaritaville and The Lake Lanier Boat Show. For written directions by car, scroll down to the bottom of this page.

There’s no need to print your tickets, but you will need to be able to access them on your mobile device for entry.

YES! This event presents an opportunity for attendees to explore and experience a wide variety of boat brands from trusted, local dealers. The show will feature the newest boat models.

The Lake Lanier Boat Show will feature a wide variety of vendors, as well as displays from talented local dock builders.

Yes – boat lovers of all ages are welcome! The Lake Lanier Association is providing life jackets again for children attending the show and entering the dock area.

The Lake Lanier Boat Show is proud to be Georgia’s Premier In-Water Show. That means there are no gimmicks – just boats where they (and we) belong… on the water. Unlike traditional boat shows hosted on land, our show allows you an honest opportunity to climb aboard and visualize future weekends on the water.

For anyone seeking a sit-down dining experience, LandShark Bar & Grill restaurant will be open for table service, and adult beverages will be available for purchase throughout the venue.

In addition to the opportunity to view some of the hottest new boat models, guests will be treated to live music noon to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.

Yes, strollers are welcome. Although, the docks may become crowded and difficult to navigate at times.

If inclement weather impacts the weekend of The Lake Lanier Boat Show, event organizers may plan to reschedule the event to the following weekend.

Lanier Islands is cashless now.  There are no ATMs available in the park and no outlets inside Margaritaville at Lanier Islands are able to offer cash back on debit card purchases. There are several ATMs on Lanier Islands Parkway before you enter the resort, but most outlets/vendors at the show will be set up to only accept credit/debit card payments.

Service animals are permitted in all areas of the Show. However, pets are only allowed in designated areas at LandShark Landing. Since those areas do not include the docks or show boats, it might be best to leave pets at home for this event.

Smoking is permitted within designated areas of LandShark Landing at Lanier Islands only. All other areas of the park – including the docks and show boats – will be vape- and tobacco-free.

Adult beverages will be available for purchase throughout the venue. Outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the park.

No, but approved bags must not exceed 6” x 8.5” x 6”. Also, no coolers or insulated bags are permitted in the park unless for specific baby, allergy or medical needs.

From Atlanta

Take I-85-North to 985-North, take Exit 8 Lanier Islands Pkwy. From the off-ramp, make a left at the traffic light to merge onto Lanier Islands Parkway. This road leads to the front gate at Lanier Islands.

From Athens

Take US-129-North to I-85-South, take exit 126, turn left onto GA-347 to Lanier Islands Pkwy. This road leads to the front gate at Lanier Islands.

From Gainesville

Take 985-South, take Exit 8 Lanier Islands Pkwy. From the off-ramp, make a right at the traffic light to merge onto Lanier Islands Parkway. This road leads to the front gate at Lanier Islands.

IMPORTANT WEEKEND UPDATE

At this time and based on the current weather forecast, The Lake Lanier Boat Show will be postponed on Friday the 22nd and resume the normal schedule for Saturday and Sunday.

We apologize for this last-minute change and inconvenience but feel it is the right decision for the safety of everyone involved. We look forward to welcoming you on Saturday to see the season’s top boat models on the water, where they and you belong!

If you have purchased a ticket for Friday your ticket is still valid.

The show hours for Saturday are 10am-6pm and Sunday 11am-5pm.
